What this is
Select adult or pediatric, pick a route (IV, IM, intranasal, or subcutaneous), and enter the pediatric weight if needed. Sophie Well returns the initial dose, the re-dose interval, and the typical maximum or escalation per FDA labeling and CDC opioid-overdose guidance. Reference values are stated in mg; intranasal is given as the standard pre-filled-device dose.
When to use it
Use this when you have to dose naloxone right now and want to verify the math before you push, or when teaching the dose to a community-response training. Bystander naloxone (the 4 mg intranasal device) does not require a calculation; this tile exists for the clinical scenarios where it does.
