Liver stage
2 — bilirubin 3-6 mg/dL

Result: Acute GVHD grade III (modified Glucksberg): liver stage 2 gives a severe grade.

What the result means

I
Skin stage 1-2 only, with no liver or GI involvement.
II
Skin stage 3, or liver stage 1, or GI stage 1.
III
Liver stage 2-3 or GI stage 2-3. Severe.
IV
Any organ at stage 4 (skin bullae, bilirubin >15, or GI >2000 mL/day or ileus). Severe.
