Example

Skin score
1 - mild, no significant impairment
Mouth score
1 - mild, no significant impairment
Eye score
0 - not involved
Gastrointestinal tract score
0 - not involved
Liver score
0 - not involved
Lung score
1 - mild, no significant impairment
Joints and fascia score
0 - not involved
Genital tract score
0 - not involved

Result: moderate, on the lung score alone

The tool opens with these values already filled in. Replace them with your own.

What the result means

Mild
One or two organs scored 1, with the lung at 0.
Moderate
Any organ scored 2, or three or more organs scored 1, or a lung score of 1.
Severe
Any organ scored 3, or a lung score of 2 or 3.
The lung
Scores on its own. A lung score of 1 is at least moderate and 2 or 3 is severe, whatever every other organ shows.
Not assessed
An organ never looked at is not an organ known to be uninvolved, and a blank is not read as a zero.
Before scoring
The diagnosis is assumed already made: at least one diagnostic manifestation, or a distinctive one with confirmatory testing.
