What the result means
- Profile 1
- Critical cardiogenic shock: hypotension despite escalating inotropes.
- Profile 2
- Progressive decline despite intravenous inotropic support.
- Profile 3
- Stable but inotrope dependent, repeatedly failing to wean.
- Profile 4
- Resting symptoms: congestion at rest or on daily activities.
- Profile 5
- Exertion intolerant: comfortable at rest, but housebound.
- Profile 6
- Exertion limited: fatigued within minutes of meaningful exertion.
- Profile 7
- Advanced NYHA class III: stable with comfortable activity.
