What the result means

Interaction
age and systolic BP are scored from one of three columns by EF tier (< 30 / 30-39 / >= 40) -- the published age x EF and SBP x EF interactions.
Output
the integer total maps to the published 1-/3-year mortality lookup (clamped to the 0-50 table). Creatinine entered in mg/dL, converted to umol/L for the bands.
