What the result means
- Joint axis
- I/II extra-articular, III/IV radiocarpal joint, V/VI distal radioulnar joint, VII/VIII both joints. Higher = more articular involvement, generally worse prognosis.
- Ulnar styloid
- odd types have no ulnar-styloid fracture; even types add one (each even type is its preceding odd type plus a distal-ulna fracture).
