Example

Articular
Moderate
Biological
Low

Result: ESSDAI 5 — moderate systemic activity.

The tool opens with these values already filled in. Replace them with your own.

What the result means

Strata
Low < 5, moderate 5–13, high ≥ 14. Constitutional, glandular, and biological have no high level; CNS has no low level. An unselected domain contributes 0.

Weights
12 weighted domains; each level’s printed value is already weight × level, so the total is the direct sum (theoretical max 123). Weights range from 1 (biological) to 6 (muscular).
