What the result means
- Extent I
- Left subclavian artery to above the renal arteries (descending thoracic plus upper abdominal).
- Extent II
- Left subclavian artery to the aortoiliac bifurcation; the most extensive.
- Extent III
- Distal descending thoracic aorta (sixth intercostal space) to below the renals.
- Extent IV
- The entire abdominal aorta (diaphragm to the aortoiliac bifurcation).
