What the result means
- Domains
- after the synovitis entry condition, the single highest level per domain: joints 0–5, serology 0–3, acute-phase 0–1, duration 0–1, total 0–10.
- Threshold
- a score of ≥ 6/10 classifies as definite RA. Below 6 the criteria are not met (re-evaluate over time).
