VASOGRADE (Delayed Cerebral Ischemia After aSAH)
VASOGRADE (de Oliveira Manoel 2015): combines the modified Fisher scale and WFNS grade after aneurysmal SAH into a Green / Yellow / Red band of delayed-cerebral-ischemia risk.

Example
- Modified Fisher scale
- 3
- WFNS grade
- 2
Result: VASOGRADE Yellow — intermediate DCI risk.
The tool opens with these values already filled in. Replace them with your own.
What the result means
- Green
- Modified Fisher 1-2 AND WFNS 1-2: lowest delayed-cerebral-ischemia risk.
- Yellow
- Modified Fisher 3-4 AND WFNS 1-3: intermediate DCI risk.
- Red
- WFNS 4-5: highest DCI risk. A risk grade, not a treatment order.
What you enter
- Modified Fisher scale
- WFNS grade
