RECIST 1.1 Tumor Response
RECIST 1.1 tumor-response category from the sum of target-lesion diameters at baseline, current, and nadir, plus new-lesion / non-target progression flags.
Open the calculator → Runs in your browser. Data leaves only if you deliberately send a problem report from the interactive tool.
Example
- Baseline sum of diameters
- 100 mm
- Current sum of diameters
- 65 mm
- Nadir sum of diameters
- 60 mm
Result: Partial response (PR): 35% decrease from baseline.
The tool opens with these values already filled in. Replace them with your own.
What the result means
- Rules
- CR target sum 0; PR ≥ 30% decrease from baseline; PD ≥ 20% increase from nadir and ≥ 5 mm absolute, or a new lesion.
- Basis
- The category names which rule fired, so it is never read without its basis.
What you enter
- Baseline sum of diameters
- Current sum of diameters
- Nadir sum of diameters
- A new lesion has appeared
- Unequivocal non-target progression
