What the result means

Grade I
Hemorrhage confined to the germinal matrix (subependymal).
Grade II
Intraventricular hemorrhage without ventricular dilatation.
Grade III
Intraventricular hemorrhage with ventricular dilatation.
Grade IV
Intraventricular hemorrhage with parenchymal extension.
