Example

Interdental bone / soft-tissue loss
Interdental loss, but coronal to the recession apex

Result: Miller Class III — partial root coverage anticipated.

The tool opens with these values already filled in. Replace them with your own.

What the result means

Classes
I recession not to the MGJ; II to/beyond the MGJ (both no interdental loss, 100% coverage); III interdental loss coronal to recession (partial); IV interdental loss apical to recession (none).
Use
Predicts the achievable root coverage to guide the surgical plan.

What you enter

  • Interdental bone / soft-tissue loss
  • Recession extent (only when there is no interdental loss)
