What the result means
- Form
- risk = 1 - S0^exp(sum of centered terms); 4-variable (age, sex, eGFR, ACR) or 8-variable (+ Ca, PO4, HCO3, albumin). North American baseline survivals.

- ACR entered in mg/g and converted to mg/mmol (divide by 8.84) before the log; reports 2- and 5-year probability of treated kidney failure.
