Organ Recovery and Implant Time Intervals (Ischemia Clock)

The intervals between an organ's recovery and implant events, from the times you record.

Example

Events in order, one per line
Cross-clamp, 2026-10-19 22:10 Removed from ice, 2026-10-20 09:40 Reperfusion, 2026-10-20 10:25
A limit in hours from the first event
12

Result: Cross-clamp to Reperfusion: 12 h 15 min. 12 hours from Cross-clamp is 2026-10-20 10:10, before Reperfusion.

The tool opens with these values already filled in. Replace them with your own.

What you enter

  • Events in order, one per line: name, then YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM
  • A limit in hours from the first event (optional)
How this is calculated

Citation

Stated arithmetic: the elapsed time between recorded events in one time zone. The OPTN definitions of cold and warm ischemia time were not read, so no interval is named as either.
