What the result means
- B features
- B1 unilocular, B2 solid < 7 mm, B3 acoustic shadows, B4 smooth multilocular < 100 mm, B5 no flow (color 1).
- M features
- M1 irregular solid, M2 ascites, M3 >= 4 papillary, M4 irregular multilocular solid >= 100 mm, M5 very strong flow (color 4).
- Verdict
- >= 1 B and no M = benign; >= 1 M and no B = malignant; both or neither = inconclusive. Free ADNEX substitute.
