ILD-GAP score (Ryerson 2014): ILD subtype, sex, age band, FVC % predicted, and DLCO band give a score mapping to stage I–IV mortality in interstitial lung disease.

What the result means
- Stage I-II (<= 3)
- Lower ILD mortality.
- Stage III-IV (>= 4)
