Result: Hardy grade III (localized erosion of the sellar floor; invasive), stage C (third ventricle grossly displaced).

What the result means
- Grade 0-II
- Enclosed: 0 within the sella, I focal < 10 mm, II enlarged with an intact floor.
- Grade III-IV
- Invasive: III localized erosion of the sellar floor, IV diffuse destruction.
- Stage 0-C
- Suprasellar: 0 none, A cistern, B third-ventricle recess, C third ventricle displaced.
- Stage D-E
- D intracranial (intradural) extension; E into or beneath the cavernous sinus.
