What the result means

Grade I / II
I: bleed but do not prolapse. II: prolapse on straining but reduce spontaneously.
Grade III
Prolapse on straining or defecation and require manual reduction. An advanced grade.
Grade IV
Irreducible; permanently prolapsed and cannot be reduced (may be thrombosed or strangulated). Advanced.
