What the result means
- Type I
- No wrinkles: early photoaging, mild pigment changes, minimal wrinkles.
- Type II
- Wrinkles in motion: early keratoses and lentigines, dynamic wrinkles.
- Type III
- Wrinkles at rest: dyschromia, telangiectasias, visible keratoses, static wrinkles.
- Type IV
- Only wrinkles: yellow-gray skin, prior malignancies, wrinkles throughout.
