Example

Weight
70 kg
Doses given so far, counting the loading dose
2
Hemodialysis
Hemodialysis has just ended
Time of the last dose
2026-10-12T08:00
Time hemodialysis started or ended
2026-10-12T10:00

Result: Hemodialysis ended 2 h after the last dose, 1 to 3 hours: the label says to give half of the next scheduled dose, 350 mg (half of 700 mg), at the end (2026-10-12 10:00).

The tool opens with these values already filled in. Replace them with your own.
