What the result means
- Matrix
- the recommended CT-surveillance interval keyed on nodule type (solid / part-solid / ground-glass), size, single vs multiple, and patient risk (which changes only the solid cells).
- Scope
- applies to incidental nodules in patients >= 35 years, not to screening, a known cancer, or immunosuppression; subsolid recommendations assume a persistent nodule.
