EASI (Hanifin 2001): atopic-dermatitis severity — per region grade erythema/edema/excoriation/lichenification 0–3 and enter % area; weights are age-dependent (0–72; Leshem strata).

How this is calculated
- Formula
- EASI = Σ (erythema + edema/papulation + excoriation + lichenification, each 0–3) × area 0–6 × age-weight. Adult head 0.1/upper 0.2/trunk 0.3/lower 0.4; child (< 8 yr) head 0.2/lower 0.3.
