What this is

When to use it
Use it on daily rounds for CAUTI and CLABSI prevention, where the single strongest intervention is removing a line or catheter that no longer has an indication. The criteria list is the published one; whether an indication genuinely still holds is a clinical judgment the counter cannot make.
