- Definition
- a curve of >= 10 degrees is scoliosis; < 10 is minor spinal asymmetry.
- Severity
- 10-24 mild, 25-44 moderate, >= 45 severe.
- Management
- advisory and maturity-dependent: bracing ~25-40 degrees in a growing child; surgery ~45-50+ degrees.
