What the result means
- Type I
- Anterior dislocation of the radial head; anteriorly angulated ulnar diaphyseal fracture (most common).
- Type II
- Posterior or posterolateral dislocation of the radial head; posteriorly angulated ulnar diaphyseal fracture.
- Type III
- Lateral or anterolateral dislocation of the radial head; ulnar metaphyseal fracture (usually in children).
- Type IV
- Anterior dislocation of the radial head; fractures of the proximal thirds of both the radius and the ulna.
