What the result means
- Grade I
- Complete removal with excision of the dural attachment and abnormal bone.
- Grade II
- Complete removal with coagulation of the dural attachment.
- Grade III
- Complete removal without treating the dural attachment.
- Grade IV
- Partial removal, tumor left in situ.
- Grade V
- Simple decompression, with or without biopsy.
