What the result means
- 20-item total
- each item 0-4; total 0-80. Clusters: 1-5 B, 6-7 C, 8-14 D, 15-20 E (item counts at rating >= 2).
- Provisional cutoff
- a total at or above the commonly cited range (>= 31-33) suggests probable PTSD; the optimal cutpoint varies by population.
