What the result means
- Score
- sum of five prior-3-month disability questions (missed/reduced work, household, and social days).
- Grade
- I 0-5 little/none; II 6-10 mild; III 11-20 moderate; IV >=21 severe. Items A (headache days) and B (intensity) are reported, not scored.
