What the result means
- Sites
- bilateral lateral epicondyle of the humerus, medial femoral condyle, and Achilles insertion - each tender (1) or not (0) = 0-6.

- No severity cut-points; a count of involved entheses to gauge burden and track change (psoriatic arthritis). Assesses only these six sites.
