Example
- Completely seizure-free, no auras
- No
- Auras only, no other seizures
- No
- Current seizure days per year
- 2
- Baseline (preoperative) seizure days per year
- 50
Result: ILAE outcome class 3 — 2 seizure days/year vs baseline 50.
The tool opens with these values already filled in. Replace them with your own.
What the result means
- Class 1-3
- Seizure-free (1), auras only (2), or 1-3 seizure days/year (3).
- Class 4-6
- To 50% reduction (4), to 100% increase (5), or > 100% increase (6). A postoperative outcome classification, not a treatment order.
What you enter
- Completely seizure-free, no auras
- Auras only, no other seizures
- Current seizure days per year
- Baseline (preoperative) seizure days per year
