What the result means
- Score
- History + ECG + Age + Risk factors, each 0/1/2 (total 0-8). The HEART score minus the troponin component.
- Rule-out
- HEAR <= 1 is the very-low-risk band (~0.4% 30-day MACE), used as a pre-troponin gate. Cross-links the heart tool.
