How this is calculated

42 CFR 410.38(d)(4): for refilled DMEPOS items, contact and affirmative response within 30 calendar days of the expected end of the current supply, and a date of service no earlier than 10 calendar days before it; for shipped items the date of service is the shipping date. Read the source ↗
