What the result means
- Gate 1
- age >= 65 -> oral anticoagulant. Otherwise any CHADS2 risk factor (CHF, hypertension, diabetes, prior stroke/TIA) -> oral anticoagulant.

- otherwise coronary or peripheral arterial disease -> antiplatelet; otherwise no antithrombotic. Cross-links chads2, cha2ds2-va.
