What the result means

Step 1 absence of RS in all precordial leads, Step 2 R-to-S interval > 100 ms in any precordial lead, Step 3 AV dissociation, Step 4 morphologic VT criteria in both V1-V2 and V6.
Verdict
a "yes" at any step diagnoses ventricular tachycardia and stops; all four negative is SVT with aberrancy. Takes the read morphologic findings, not a raw tracing. Cross-links vereckei-avr.
