What the result means
- Minimal rise
- the slowest normal 48-h rise for a potentially viable IUP is 53% (a more conservative 35% is sometimes used).
- Sub-minimal
- abnormal, but not by itself diagnostic of ectopic or non-viable pregnancy; integrate ultrasound and the clinical picture.
