What the result means

Items
ABCD² items (age ≥ 60 +1, BP ≥ 140/90 +1, clinical +1/+2, duration +1/+2, diabetes +1) plus dual TIA within 7 days +2, ipsilateral ≥ 50% carotid stenosis +2, and abnormal DWI +2. Total 0–13.
